In private practice since 1985, Terry assumed the roles of shareholder and director at FordBaker Valuation Limited in 1995. With extensive experience in various urban valuation endeavours, Terry specialises in valuing hospitality-related properties throughout the South Island, along with a comprehensive range of residential work. As a Past President of the NZIV and former Trustee of the Valuer's Education and Integrity Foundation, Terry has demonstrated leadership in his field. Outside of his professional pursuits, he finds enjoyment in playing golf and avidly following most sports. When away from Christchurch, Terry can often be found at his favourite spot in Otematata.
