Andrew, a Registered Valuer since 1991, brings extensive private practice experience in Canterbury's Rural and Residential markets. With twenty-eight years in the Rural Finance Industry, he served as a Farm Appraiser in Otago, wider Canterbury, and Westland. This role encompassed valuation, budgeting, financial analysis, and management assessment. At FordBaker, Andrew specialises in Lifestyle Valuation across Canterbury, focusing on Residential Valuation in the Selwyn District and the southwestern suburbs of Christchurch. His interests extend to rural land and agribusiness operation and ownership. Andrew has a lifelong association with rugby, engaging in coaching from U8 to Senior level. Additionally, he has maintained a longstanding connection with alumni activities at both CBHS and Lincoln University.
