David embarked on his valuation career in 1975 with the Valuation Department, gaining extensive experience across Christchurch, Dunedin, Whangarei, and Timaru offices. In 1987, he transitioned to private practice in Christchurch, holding managerial and directorship roles with Fright Aubrey and Colliers. Joining FordBaker Valuation Ltd in May 2016, David brings broad expertise in commercial, industrial, residential, and development project property valuation and consultancy, covering market, mortgage, rental, insurance, and feasibility assessments. A seasoned professional, he frequently serves as an arbitrator/umpire in valuation disputes and acts as an expert witness in the Land Valuation Tribunal and High Court.
