Genevieve returned to Christchurch in 2016 after nearly six years of valuing commercial property throughout the wider Wellington Region. She brings extensive experience in a diverse range of valuation work, including industrial, retail, office, commercial, and land valuation, with a particular focus on industrial and retail properties. In addition to her professional pursuits, Genevieve is an avid football player in the Division 1 Women’s League. Her diverse interests extend to cooking and savouring foods from around the world, traveling, and engaging in renovation projects. As a self-professed tea and coffee addict, Genevieve goes to great lengths to satisfy her caffeine cravings, even embarking on her E-Bike to explore various cafés in Christchurch.
